What a cute little girl! As usual, her face is very realistically draw. A very sweet face too, I might add.
The shape of her neck and her shoulders remind me very much of Audrey Hepburn. With the square neckline of the dress, it can almost pass for Natasha in "War and Peace".

The crow is very sweet as well.

The only thing I feel is a bit odd is the long and dark fingernails.... Maybe it's just me, but somehow I don't think those nails go that well with wuch a sweet girl. (My very persional opinion is that long black fingernails belongs to witches)

This is a very nice effort overall. The face is particularly nice, soft but detailed and expressive. If I had to nitpick, my suggestions would be to make the neck a little thicker and shorter, the hand a little smaller and do less of the dark shading on the skin next to the fabric.The shading on the dress is nice and soft and the lace is a nice touch.

I think your right, the hand is too big in proportion to her face,
also the neck is too long, more like anime proportion (wasn't in purpose)
I'll try to be more conscious about proportion next time
